With reduced staff, we will process orders but the deadlines can be extended. Requests by email and messages are not processed, but only phone calls to the extent possible.
During the closing period, no orders and messages to customer service will be processed.
The last orders that can be sent before closing (subject to stock) must be placed by 2 August at the latest.
For orders placed before this date and which could not be delivered due to stock, we will see on a case-by-case basis with you if you prefer to cancel the order or wait for reopening.

You can place your order during our closing period, but take into account that it cannot be processed until we reopen on August 16.
