When you create your account, it is necessary to enter your tva number in order to be able to either retouch the tva (if you are in Belgium) or receive and pay your invoice excluding tv (if you are a member of the European Community)
If the intra-Community VAT number you have entered in your customer card is correct, it will be automatically validated by our website after verification on the EEC website.
If this is not the case, your bill will appear with tva and you will have to pay this tva.
If you entered your intracom tva number and your order appears at the time of payment with tva, this means that your number has not been validated. In this case, contact us before paying your order because we will not be able to repeat a duty-free invoice for a finalized and paid order!
The reasons for not validating the tva number may be an error, a missing number in encoding your number or an unavailability of the EEC site.
You can then after checking your number wait a little and try again.
