Conditions of use
1. PREAMBLE
Any order of a product on the site Stiga-store.com requires the buyer to adhere to the following general conditions of sale.
They aim to define the terms of sale between Stiga-store.com and the user, from order to service, payment and delivery.
The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the site. Stiga-store.com reserves at any time the possibility of adapting or amending these general conditions of sale. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order
2. ORDER
The user has the possibility to place his order online from the site references
The command can only be saved on the site if the user has clearly identified himself.
All orders are valid for acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, as well as prices, and description of the products sold.
Stiga-store will send you an e-mail confirming your order within 24 hours of your order to the e-mail address you have indicated.
3. PAYMENT MODALITIES

You can pay your order by transfer. Your order will be taken into account as soon as the amount of your payment is recorded in our accounts. If your order is not paid within 8 days. A warning message will be sent to warn you of the situation. If the payment is not made within 3 days of the warning, your order will be cancelled.
4. RATES - PROMOTIONS
The prices are indicated in Euros, and are valid only on the date of the purchase order. The prices indicated are excluding delivery costs, which are indicated before the order is validated. If a product was unavailable at the time of ordering because of our suppliers, the customer would be notified as soon as possible with the possibility of cancelling the order and obtaining a refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product or a replacement with an equivalent product. The refund will be made via the return to your debit/credit card or international transfer to account, within 30 days of reporting the unavailability of the product.
5. BACK - TRADE - RETRACTATION
If one of your items is not suitable for you or is defective, Stiga-store.com undertakes to exchange it or to refund it to you (excluding shipping costs), as long as the item is in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Any problem with shipping should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the order by the buyer at the e-mail address info@stiga-store.com.
All returns of parts must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. The refund will be made within 10 days of the date of return of the package. either by credit card return or by bank transfer.
3.00 euros return processing costs will be deducted from your refund
Some items are notified "non-returnable", which means that they are special order items that we cannot return to our supplier, so we will not accept any return for these references.
The articles on our website are original manufacturer references. You may be offered adaptable references, not original, but in this case it is clearly indicated on the product sheet, or we offer it to you by email in case of unavailability of the original reference.
The photos are not contractual and are provided by our supplier, there may be slight differences depending on the version of the product.
For withdrawal the following conditions apply only for metropolitan France and Belgium (For other countries: contact us). If for a reason of your own, if you are not satisfied, you have a period of 7 free days at the date of dispatch, to make the return (article L121-20 of the Consumer Code)
The item returned, at the customer's expense, must then arrive to us within 7 days after agreement by email requesting the refund by sending the freed parcel to the address Stiga-Store- Green square sprl– 19 Rue de Liège, 4870 Fraipont- Belgium. The purchaser is responsible for following up the package if it does not reach us within the prescribed period. The return acceptance will be cancelled in case of loss or theft. Please note that we do not accept packages sent in due port. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the parcel either by international transfer or on the customer's Paypal account, the choice is left to the customer.
Condition of items for exchanges and returns
All items, including notices, accessories, personalized packaging for exchange or return must be in impeccable condition.
Upon receipt of the package, Stiga-store.com check the condition of the contents of the package. No return or exchange will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used or damaged, making the returned item unfit for sale. Stiga-store.com take into account the customer, the costs of returning to the customer without the customer being able to demand compensation, Stiga-store.com may take all actions in its power to recover costs.
6. DELIVERY
CAUTION: The fact that the product is orderable on our site does not mean that it is in stock at homeIn case of an item out of stock in your order, you will be notified and will always be able to cancel the item or your order.
The average time observed for items in stock is 3 working days after receipt of your payment for shipments to Belgium, and 6 to 10 working days for France.
The time limit for items in order at the manufacturer is 6 working days, subject to the unavailability of the manufacturer for stock failure
To have the lowest prices on the market, Stiga-store.com has only a few models in stock .
The delivery times indicated are indicative and we cannot be held responsible for any delays in production or distribution.
The shipping mode is by carrier , against signature, with tracking number provided directly by the carrier or for heavier or bulky packages, by carrier, via logistics platform (without internet tracking)
Mailing
In case of absence the delivery person is likely to deposit your parcel with a neighbour if you request it, or in a Parcel Shop (depot point). In which case a passing document will be deposited in your mailbox. Mailbox addresses are excluded.
Stiga-store.com declines all responsibilities if an address is transmitted to us as false or incomplete. The buyer will be solely responsible. We advise you to combine your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate commands. Packages are shipped at your own risk. Packages are oversized and protected.
In addition, for deliveries, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.
Stiga-park.com is de facto free from any legal liability if the payment of the taxes is not carried out by the customer.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
Stiga-store.com has only an obligation of means for all access to the site, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services. The products are transported through the usual postal and transport services. Stiga-store.com therefore disclaims any liability in the event of too long a delivery time due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of ordered products or strike. The risks of transport are borne by the user, who will have to apply to postal services or the carrier for use. Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the products ordered will only be transferred to the user at the total payment of the invoiced price, including the processing and payment fees.

The information on our website is regularly updated and verified. Stiga-store.com however, cannot be held liable for any errors or any direct or indirect damages that may result from your access or use of this site.

These terms and conditions apply throughout the period of posting of the services offered by the company Stiga-store.com
Despite all our precautions, errors may have slipped into these pages. Under no circumstances could we be engaged as such. Unless there is a contractual or legal provision to the contrary, any transaction involving Stiga-store.com and the user, not contested within 14 days of delivery, can no longer give rise to a complaint. Products offered for sale by Stiga-store.com are those on the site www.stiga-store.com ,on the day the customer consults the site and within the limits of available stocks.The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field.If errors have been introduced, under no circumstances will the responsibility of Stiga-store.com cannot be hired
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE
These conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, Belgian law is applicable and only the courts of the judicial district of Liège are competent.
In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access and rectify the data concerning him.
