
Shipments and returns
Stock
The status of the stock is not mentioned on our site.
Given the breadth of our range of references, we work with tight flows with stocks STIGA Benelux and STIGA Europe.
You can always request the availability and origin of an item before ordering. If your order presents items that are not available in any of the deposits, we notify you of this by announcing a delay in sending.
We do not send a partial order, if some items are out of stock, you will have to wait until the entire order is delivered, or cancel the items out of stock from your order, in which case they will be refunded and the partial order sent.
Shipping your package
The average deadlines observed for items in stock are 2 to 3 working days after receipt of your payment for shipments to Belgium, and 4 to 10 working days for France, for items from the Benelux stock. You must count 1 to 2 more working days if your order contains items from stock Europe (goods not sold, or out of stock Benelux)
The time limit for items out of stock at the manufacturer varies according to production cycles. The status of the stock is not mentioned in our shop, but you can always contact us about it.
The delivery times indicated are indicative and we are not responsible for any delays in production or delivery.
Of course, in case of a significant delay, we can always discuss it and cancel your order if that is your choice.
Standard shipping modes are by carriers: La Poste, Colissimo or DPD, delivery at home or in relay point of choice, with tracking number online or for heavier or bulky parcels, by carrier, via logistics platform (without internet follow-up), in this case the delays are longer, from 6 to 14 working days.
Mailing
In case of absence the delivery person is likely to deposit your parcel with a neighbour if you request it. In which case a passing document will be deposited in your mailbox. Mailbox addresses are excluded.
Stiga-store.com declines all responsibilities if an address is transmitted to us as false or incomplete. The buyer will be solely responsible. We advise you to combine your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders unless we agree. Packages are shipped at your own risk. Packages are oversized and protected.
In addition for deliveries the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of goods, customs duty, value added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of receipt of the order.
Stiga-store.com is de facto free from legal liability if the payment of the taxes is not carried out by the customer.
Follow your package
When you have created an account to place your order, you can track your orders in your order history.
To do this, log in to your customer account, open the "My Orders" page, then select the order. You will find in the order details page the tracking number of your parcel on which you can click to be redirected to the tracking page of your parcel.
For out-of-format shipments, or more than 30kg, there is no online tracking, because these shipments are made by logistics platform, by truck. You can always contact us directly for these shipments.
Returns
You have the option of returning your product, if it does not meet your expectations, within 14 days of the date of receipt. To do this, the product must be new, unused, without traces of assembly or use and in its original packaging.
CAUTION: CERTAIN PRODUCTS AS AUTOPORT CUTING CARTERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE! INFORM YOU BEFORE ORDER TO DO GOOD CHOICE.
Returns are your responsibility, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.
For supported packages of less than 20kg, you can request a return directly to the site on your account page. Upon confirmation, you will be able to print your label and drop your package in relay point. You can also follow your package online.
Upon receipt of your package, you will be reimbursed.
3.00 euros return processing costs will be deducted from your refund
